It’s Not What You Take, It’s What You Give

$1 of every item sold will benefit Empowering Youth and Families Outreach

A real Boss knows it’s not what you take, but what you give – which is why we’re launching a campaign to give back to organizations across the world. Oy Brand is proud to be based out of Seattle, Washington and we know it’s the people that make this city great. To show our support for the community that inspires us,we’re donating $1 of every Oy Brand purchase to a local nonprofit: Empowering Youth and Families Outreach (EYFO), an organization providing national youth services and family support.

We say that real recognizes real – and we knew right away that EYFO was a perfect match for this campaign. Their mission to help young community members achieve academic and personal success resonates completely with our values. Like EYFO, we aim to provide tools for others to be the best versions of themselves.

The OY mantra – “genuine, empowering fashionwear for the official boss type” – is all about motivating others to stay true to their unique identity and pursue their authentic purpose. EYFO seeks to do the same by instilling leadership skills at a young age and building a strong community network to support lifelong goals. They offer a number of educational programs, health and wellness programs, service learning opportunities, and high school, college, and career prep. By propping up community youth, EYFO also strengthens Seattle families in need.

EYFO has set out to do good for all the right reasons. They aren’t in it for the praise: they are honest and consistently do their best to provide the necessary tools to empower our young neighbors. We’re just trying to do our part and pay it forward.
